Admissions
Cobham Free School is an independent, publicly funded school for pupils aged 4 to 18. Although our model reflects many features of the independent sector, including a traditional academic curriculum and a broad enrichment programme, no fees are charged, including at Sixth Form level. Admission to the school is determined in accordance with our Admissions Policy, and oversubscription criteria are applied where applications exceed the number of available places.
Surrey County Council coordinates admissions for Reception and Year 7. We also accept in‑year applications made directly to the school for all year groups. When places are not available, applicants are placed on a waiting list and contacted if a vacancy arises, in line with the Admissions Policy.
Entry to the Sixth Form is selective and based on GCSE outcomes. We are pleased to discuss the full range of pathways available and welcome all Sixth Form enquiries.
